When placing and fulfilling an order through rawwar.com.au, it constitutes as an agreement to the following information.
Return shipping is required to be sent via a secure, trackable express post service with notification of the tracking number once posted to email@example.com
If the customer lives in central Perth, they can drop the garment off to the RAW WAR studio, upon confirmation from the team. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or message our Instagram account @raw__war if this complies.
FULL PRICE GARMENT
You may return any full priced items for an exchange or a refund in the form of a credit note given you meet our returns policy requirements. Items that are eligible for return must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered and undamaged garments. We do not offer cash refunds unless an item is deemed to be faulty (see below).
Please take care when trying on your garments at home, as garments returned to us with any markings/stains will not be accepted.
Returns must be initiated on items and returned to us within 7 days for Australian customers and 14 days for International customers. Unfortunately returns initiated after this period may be denied – to our discretion.
Sale items are final sales unless deemed faulty (see below).
The highest level of quality is maintained within every garment and is approved and prepped by the RAW WAR team before dispatch.
In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, if the garment has a minor fault, we are required to repair the fault and forward it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired you will be sent a replacement product which matches your original purchase. If we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item, you will be refunded for the total of your purchase amount in cash.
If the product you received is deemed faulty, RAW WAR will cover the cost of return shipping.
If both parties discuss and agree that the incorrect garment received by the customer is at the fault of the RAW WAR team, we will replace the correct garment and re-send. If the customer does not wish to replace the garment they will be eligible for a full refund upon the return of the incorrect garment.
The following conditions must be adhered to for the eligibility of a replacement or refund of the incorrect garment. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered and undamaged. Therefore, returned in its original condition with tags attached to the garment.
Custom orders, made-to-fit garments and special request garments, cannot be returned or exchanged. A customer who custom orders a garment will sign an agreement that includes a deposit amount paid before production commences and which also states the refusal of any form of return [– to our discretion]. Deposits must be processed before any form of production can take place.
